Ke$ha has enlisted the services of Wa¥ne ¢o¥n€, B€n Fold$, Igg¥ Pop, fun.’s Nat€ Ru€$$ and Black Keys drummer Patri¢k ¢arn€¥ on her new album Warrior. All your favourite musicians like Ke$ha so why don’t you, huh?

The pop-tart has declared that the album will give the world a new genre, “cock-pop”, saying it’ll let her fans get to know her in “a much more raw and vulnerable way”. The album also features contributions from Willi.i.am, and producers Dr. Luke (Katy Perry, Avril Lavigne), Max Martin (Ace of Base, Britney Spears, *NSYNC), and Greg Kurstin (P!nk, Lily Allen).

Since the release of her heavily auto-tuned, trash-pop debut Animal , Ke$ha has appeared on the Bob Dylan Amnesty tribute album, collaborated with Alice Cooper, donated blood (and vocals) to The Flaming Lips Heady Fwends album. In other words: She’s been trying to attain credibility ever since.

Perhaps Alice Cooper wasn’t completely insane when he told the world that Ke$ha’s “gonna end up being a rock singer, not a disco singer. She wants to be, you know, she wants to be Robert Plant, and she’s a big tall American girl and she could really do it.”
