Dave Grohl: "You don't fuckingfight at my shows"

The Foo Fighter’s 2 hour and 45 minute long gig at the Roundhouse in Camden as part of the iTunes Festival certainly supplied its fair share of highlights for the 2,000 strong crowd that got to witness the show, which reportedly included Metallica, Seasick Steve and Jimmy Page.
The Foos were joined on stage by Roger Taylor and Brian May from Queen for a version of Queen’s Tie Your Mother Down and by Lemmy from Motorhead – for a rendition of the Probot track Shake Your Blood.
However it appears that the show will become known as ‘that night when Dave Grohl called a punter an asshole and kicked him out of the venue’. Grohl apparently saw a fight break out in the crowd and halted the show to deal with the scuffle from the stage yelling “You don’t fucking fight at my show you asshole. Let me see him, who’s fighting right now? It’s that guy in the striped shirt. Hey motherfucker look at me, get the fuck out of my show right now.” To rapturous applause Grohl concluded, “I don’t put up with that bullshit – you people came here to have a good time and that guy can fuck off”.
