Rancid recording new album, promise world tour
Wed 1st Jun, 2011 in International News
Rancid will record the follow-up to 2009’s Let The Dominoes Fall in September (guess that explains why they can’t play at Soundwave Revolution) and have promised to celebrate their 20th anniversary next year with a “tour all over the world”.
The news announcement, posted on the band’s Facebook page announces that Rancid will tour with Blink 182 and My Chemical Romance before playing four headlining shows on the West Coast “to get [their] chops up before going into the studio with [Bad Religion guitarist] Brett Gurewitz to record our eighth album in September”.
