New Blink 182 album inJuly/August
Tue 24th May, 2011 in International News
Blink 182 recently cancelled a run of European gigs claiming that “the album is taking longer than we thought”. Thankfully that long overdue new record now seems to be set for release with ‘The World Famous’ KROQ radio announcing on Twitter that “According to our friend @travisbarker, new music from Blink 182 coming in July/ August. We’re stoked!”
The band’s first new album in eight years will be launched with an American tour that kicks off on August 5th in New Jersey. My Chemical Romance will play the main support set with the third place on the bill filled by Rancid, Matt & Kim, Against Me!, and Manchester Orchestra at various stops on the tour. Tickets for the shows start at a mere $20.
The Soundwave crew seriously needs to stalk the tour across the States and book all these bands for Soundwave 2012. Over to you Mr Maddah!
