Muse really want to play inspace

Muse has already reached great heights, but they are determined to take their music beyond this world and into space. Frontman of the Devon trio Matt Belamy has told British newspaper The Sun that he genuinely believes the band will one day be able to reach intergalactic heights, “I do think it will be possible in the future and I’m sure it will happen in my lifetime. We’d love to be part of that”.

The idea to take their music to space may have started out as a bit of Belamy bluster, but the frontman claims that the band is now having “very coherent conversations” about the possibility.

The trio has already started discussing the logistics that would be involved in such a feat, from astronaut training to how to the viability of a disco ball space outfit. Also, Belamy has said, “I’m thinking of approaching Richard Branson to see if we could do it on his [Virgin Galactic] spacecraft he’s got happening. Although we do have a lot of equipment, so I guess we’d have to use pods to carry our stuff and we’d scale back the shows a lot.”
