ATP heads to Japan for 'I’llBe Your Mirror'

With the All Tomorrows Parties festival looking unlikely to ever return to Australia, you may want to consider making the relatively short trip to Tokyo for ATP’s I’ll Be Your Mirror festival.

Taking place on Sunday 27th February 2011, ATP will present its first Japanese festival at Tokyo’s Studio Coast.

Named after the B-side to The Velvet Underground’s original All Tomorrow’s Parties single, I’ll Be Your Mirror festival is set to feature performances from Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Boredoms, Dirty Three, Fuck Buttons and more.

I’ll Be Your Mirror festival lineup:

Autolux
Melt Banana

Tickets are approximately A$100 and on sale from Saturday 20th November.

They're getting closer. Except I can't see any festivals here booking GYBE and they dont seem to be doing sideshows :(

I'll eat my hat if Godspeed come to Australia.

I'd love to go this one, too. Godspeed + D3 is a dream lineup, particularly. And Japan has the coolest underground acts.

Not sure I'll be able to afford it after Nightmare Before Christmas though.
