Tue 28th Sep, 2010 in International News
Weezer’s classic 1996 Pinkerton album, will be reissued on Tuesday 2nd November as a two-disc collection including B-sides, live recordings and a fully remastered version of their second studio effort.
The rare live recordings are taken from performances at Reading Festival in 1996; radio sessions in Philadelphia and Salt Lake City; and a lunchtime gig at Seattle’s Shorecrest High School.
Weezer will be playing their 1994 ‘Blue’ album and 1996’s Pinkerton plus a selection of greatest hits over two nights at Los Angeles’ Gibson Amphitheatre and San Francisco’s Nob Hill Masonic Center in late November.
