Margaret Cho delivers all-starindie lineup

Raunchy comedienne Margaret Cho has unveiled the tracklist for her upcoming musical comedy album Cho Dependent.

Margaret Cho’s foray into music boasts a star-studded list of collaborators. Every song features at least one guest, such as Andrew Bird, A.C. Newman, Tegan & Sara, and Fiona Apple. The album comes out on August 24th, coinciding with Cho’s comedy tour.

Cho gushed about the experience: “Over the years of being an intense music geek, I got to meet a lot of my heroes and I tricked them all into writing songs with me. Most comics want to be rock stars, and most rock stars want to be comics, so it was an easy exchange. There are so many amazing people I got to work with on this album—I still have to pinch myself!”
