Trent Reznor and wife releasedebut

Though Trent Reznor ended touring as Nine Inch Nails in 2009 , he hasn’t just been slacking off and playing with twitter.

With his wife, former West Indian Girl frontwoman Mariqueen Maandig, Reznor has formed a group named after the Coil song How to Destroy Angels.

After weeks of speculation and rumour, the first music from How to Destroy Angels has been unveiled with the seven minute A Drowning now available online.

Maandig takes the lead vocal on the slithery electronic track mixed by regular Nine Inch Nails collaborator Alan Moulder. Atticus Ross, another frequent Nine Inch Nails collaborator, is also a member the group.

A six song debut EP is due from the band in the coming months.

Heard a rumour a few weeks ago. Still haven't actually heard any of it. But ^^from that above post^^, I am guessing it is as bad as the idea sounds.

i don't like this at all. boring as hell, she's fit as tho!

Just ordered the high-quality download with a sticker and shirt pack. I want one of the posters as well, I'm digging the art design.

Edit: oh, and if you preorder, you get an MP3 of The Believers. It's very Ghosts-esque, erring on the side of Fragile (Right) with female vocals. It's pretty hot.

Edit 2: new NIN song, the theme for Tetsuo: The Bullet Man, a Japanese film. The film is industrial as fuck, the song is totally a rip off of Merzbow.
