Primus return
Tue 4th May, 2010 in International News
Following on from the simple “We are back!” tweet on April 27th, Primus has announced its first headlining tour in nearly four years.
The brief tour runs from late July until mid-August and sees the band supported by Gogol Bordello and the new version of Wolfmother along the way.
After the two-week tour, Les Claypool, guitarist Larry LaLonde and original Primus drummer Jay Lane will begin work on a new album due for release in 2011.
The band members have made a statement declaring that this tour will “refine their chops before heading into the studio to record their first album of brand new music since 1999’s Antipop.”
So Primus for Big Day Out 2011?
