Paramore go hip-hop withEminem

In an attempt to expand the audience for his feather weight hip hop, Atlanta’s B.o.B has scored the unusual pair of Paramore’s flame haired Hayley Williams and everyone’s favourite misogynist Eminem for a track on his debut record The Adventures of Bobby Ray.
B.o.B.’s album also features T.I., Lupe Fiasco and yet another chance to cringe at Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo and his faltering career.
Williams and Eminem join B.o.B. for the album’s closing track Airplanes (Part II), Williams also appears earlier on the record on the similarly titled Airplanes.
The Paramore singer told MTV that “Both versions of the track are incredible… The [Paramore] guys and I all loved it. They told me I was crazy if I passed it up. I liked the part too much anyways, so of course I was down.”
Williams and Eminem never actually set foot in the studio together, with the Detroit rapper adding his cameo verse well after Williams had recorded her part. “I only found out about Eminem getting on the track like a month ago. As if the song couldn’t get any better. He just slays me, he’s such a genius,” she gushed.
“Whether our fans know or not, I’m not sure, but [Paramore bassist] Jeremy [Davis] and I have always been really into hip-hop,” Williams claims.
“I’m a big B.o.B fan. Got everything of his that I’ve been able to get my hands on… It means a lot that I got to collaborate with a hip-hop artist who is from Atlanta. We Southern gals love us some Southern gentlemen.”
