While the soundtrack of Iron Man 2 will be a collection of AC/DC hits recorded between 1976 and 2008, the film will also feature new music from Tom Morello.

The Rage Against The Machine guitarist has been locked into work with composer John Debney on the film’s additional score.

Eloquently confirming the news via his Twitter, Morello noted that “Iron Man kicks my ass. I’m working on score for Iron Man 2. Rockin. Movie is awesome”.

It’s not Morello’s first encounter with Tony Stark, as he made a cameo in the first Iron Man film playing the auspicious role of ‘Guard’.
