The line-up announcement for Tennessee’s immense Bonnaroo is never straight-forward. In 2008, it was revealed in riddles, while last year TV On The Radio accidentally leaked the full list on its MySpace blog. This time round, the organisers are leaving it to the acts to announce themselves for the four-day – œmusic and arts’ festival.

Acts set to make the pilgrimage in 2010 include Weezer, Phoenix, Stevie Wonder, Jay-Z, Dave Matthews Band (still America’s #1 guy, it seems), The Dead Weather, The XX and – in a must-happen-in-Australia booking – The Flaming Lips doing its Dark Side Of The Moon show with the help of Stardeath and the White Dwarfs. More names continue to be added over at the Bonnaroo website.

The festival happens from 10 to 13 June in Manchester, Tennessee.
