Australia-bound temptress Amanda Palmer has a new collaborative album on its way (not Dresden Dolls; sorry fans). The vocalist has formed an alliance with another theatrical soul, Jason Webley, for a band called Evelyn Evelyn. The musicians are masquerading as a pair of conjoined sisters who’ve crafted the upcoming debut record with “the help of” Palmer and Webley.

So far, so Amanda Palmer – but the album’s guest-list is sure to raise eyebrows. Soundwave’s lost assett Gerard Way is on board, along with Andrew W.K., Tegan and Sara and the leading lady’s husband Neil Gaiman. Completing the weirdness are Weird Al Yankovic and Frances Bean Cobain in her – œrecorded debut’.

All the above guests will jam together on the track MySpace, but all else will be revealed upon the album’s 30 March release.
