Ten years after its release, Radiohead’s towering Kid A has made its way back into the Billboard 200 chart in the US. The swell in physical sales of the album has been attributed to its high ranking in many – œBest Of The Decade’ lists, putting it in the #100 spot. As well as people actually walking into shops to finally pick up a copy of Kid A, it is ranked #24 on the Digital Albums chart.
Thankfully, Radiohead won’t be sitting idle on the profits from past glories. The band is currently camped in an Oxfordshire studio recording a follow-up to 2007’s In Rainbows. Guitarist Ed O’Brien appears to be the ambassador for the new record, recently announcing it’ll be on “another level”.
