Blur put past glories on adisc

Got a friend in Old Blighty? If you’re a Blur fan, you might want to resume contact with that long-lost expat and call in a favour. In this week’s edition of UK paper The Sunday Times, Damon Albarn and his fellow Britpop flame-keepers are giving away a 10-track disc of live songs recorded throughout their triumphant summer circuit.

All the big ones are included – Girls & Boys, Song 2, Parklife – in the full live glory we’re unlikely to ever see first-hand. Doesn’t mean we can’t still dream. This disc doesn’t look to be the same as the one mooted back in June, which chronicles the Hyde Park comeback shows on July 2 and 3.
