Oasis tearaway Liam Gallagher has revealed that all the band members “except Noel ” are in on a new project. In an interview on Italy’s Radio Deejay, the man said that while Oasis has been put to rest following his brother’s departure, he’s still working with Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Chris Sharrock.

“We’re sort of doing things at the moment,” he commented. “Not Oasis, Oasis is done. But with everyone except for Noel.” With the – œother Gallagher’ widely considered the stronger songwriter of the two, this news is sure to divide fans. However, Liam contends his sibling’s heart was no longer in Oasis.

“To be quite honest, I think our kid wanted out. But you’ll have to ask him when he comes in and does his little solo thing. Basically, I think he wanted out, wanted something different, but he hadn’t got the bollocks to tell the band or the fans.”

Gallagher also promised he’d be back performing live “within a couple of months”, although in what guise is unclear. “I always miss singing songs. I miss the people,” he added.
