Fat Wreck Chords has been scuffing its sneakers for almost two decades now, and the occasion is set to be marked with a bumper release. The triple-disc Wrecktrospective is sure to feature on the Christmas lists of many who got amongst it at the NOFX shows this year.
Disc one features album tracks from label heavyweights like Lagwagon, Propagandhi, No Use For A Name, Face to Face and Fat Mike’s aforementioned band of miscreants. On disc two we get live cuts, rarities and even a few acoustic versions from the usual suspects, while the final CD houses the limited-edition ‘Fat Club’ seven-inch series from 2001.
According to the Fat Wreck site, “The booklet provides an oral history of sorts, chock-full of stories from band members, as well as a poster of all Fat’s releases”. Read all about it here.
