If you are ever caught for drink-driving, pray you are in Alberta and Judge Morris Golden presides over your case. The judge has shown his capacity to be very, very understanding after granting defense attorney Christian Banks an adjournment on an August 27 trial because the lawyer has AC/DC tickets.
When asked if there were any objections, Crown prosecutor Jeff Morrison said he was ‘speechless’. Later Morrison commented, “I applaud his candour…disagree with his taste in music”. Shame on you Crown prosecutor.

It is unknown whether the man being charged will also attend the return of Acadacca, but at least now he can.
