Metal nonet Slipknot is celebrating ten years in the mask trade with a special edition package of their first album. The self-titled debut was released in 1999, setting the band on its path to notoriety. On 09/09/09, Slipknot will be re-released through Roadrunner Records, packaged with rare demos, remixes, b-sides and a documentary disc.

The doco – of the (sic): Your Nightmares, Our Dreams – revisits the Slipknotters of ten years ago. Director M. Shawn Crahan has pieced together backstage and live footage from 1999 for his film. On top of that, there’ll be – œexpanded artwork’, music videos and even a – œdeluxe edition’ with extra dastardly goods for the true die-hards.
