Those shaggy Sheffield lads Arctic Monkeys have locked in a tracklisting for their forthcoming, Josh Homme -assisted album. As reported back in August last year, the four-piece recruited the Queens Of The Stone Age frontman to bring some grit to their recordings. “They want to submerge themselves in a place that’s the opposite of where they’re from and what they’re used to,” Homme told NME at the time.
One half of Simian Disco, James Ford, returned as producer, after overseeing Arctic Monkeys’ Favourite Worst Nightmare and The Last Shadow Puppets’ The Age Of Understatement. Now the results of their hard work will be released on 24 August. The tracklist is below, courtesy of NME.
