The curators and headliners of that event – mercurial cult heroes My Bloody Valentine – will be back for another round at the Butlins Holiday Resort in England this December.

MBV’s Nightmare Before Christmas festival boasts another enviable line-up: Sonic Youth (hurry along with that new album please), the Horrors, Sun Ra Arkestra, De La Soul and EPMD. It’s shaping up to be another stellar year for All Tomorrow’s Parties. The Flaming Lips are overseeing ATP New York in September, while the Breeders will present their selections at the UK edition next month.
