Calling all Josh Freese fans with US$75,000 lying about collecting dust. The man has just released a new solo record, and he has a limited edition package catered just for you.
Whilst for a megre $7 you get the digital download of Since 1972, you can get anything from foot massages to private dinners if you pay more. On his personal website, the former NIN and Devo drummer writes, “Anybody can just go out, buy a record and listen to it. But how would you like to GET WEIRD… GET INVOLVED… DO COOL STUFF?”
The top-tier of his unique campaign is arguably the greatest limited edition album package ever. Included in this $75,000 extravaganza is a five-song EP by Freese about your life, tagging along on tour with the man himself, his personal services (either as a drummer for your band or a butler), driving around in Danny Carey from Tool’s Lamborghini, one of his personal drum kits and much more (including the album itself, obviously).
Start saving your pennies, kids.
