Neil Young to release 1968live DVD
Wed 15th Oct, 2008 in International News
Set to regale old fans (and make many new ones) at Big Day Out 2009, Neil Young will first hark back to his past with Sugar Mountain: Live at Canterbury House 1968.
The live DVD is drawn from footage of the folk legend’s two-night run Michigan’s Canterbury House 40 years ago. Billboard reports the DVD is set for a 25 November release in the US, so Australia should follow not long after. Looking at the set-list below has got us all in a flutter about the greatness that awaits us in January…
In other Neil Young news, the man is about to kick off his triple threat tour with Death Cab For Cutie and Wilco. The circuit includes two dates at Madison Square Garden in New York, which we wager would be a spectacle of Canterbury House proportions.
