Giving credence to the rampant rumours, AC/DC’s management has finally confirmed the veteran rockers are embarking on an 18-month world tour starting in October. The expedition will be in support of the band’s eight-years-in-the-making new album, which is still yet to see the light of day. We can only guess where Australia fits in on AC/DC’s mammoth trek. Time to resurrect those ‘Acca Dacca for BDO’ rumours. Can you imagine the human pyramids!
Rolling Stone reports the announcement was made at a touring panel, in which other world tours were unveiled. Among them are Green Day, Depeche Mode, Weezer, The Killers and (yessssss!) Miley Cyrus.
