Icelandic wonder Sigur Ros has revealed the tracklisting for its forthcoming album, and there’s even a track called Gobbledigook. Bless their cotton mittens.
Via a post on their website, the band disclosed the title of the record, Með Suð í Eyrum Við Spilum Endalaust (English translation: “with a buzz in our ears we play endlessly”), and its worldwide release date, June 23. On the cover, four very white bare bums are seen streaking across a highway. And that’s exactly what the FasterLouder team will be doing after Sigur Ros blow our little minds at Splendour. Watch out.
Album track-listing:
1. Gobbledigook
2. Inní Mér Syngur Vitleysingur
3. Góðan Daginn
4. Við Spilum Endalaust
5. Festival
6. Suð í
7. Ára Bátur
8. Illgresi
9. Fljótavík
10. Straumnes

And don’t forget Sigur Ros is playing two very special sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne this August.
