Fans of Courtney Love know the meaning of the word – œpatience’. They’ve been eagerly awaiting her comeback album for some three years now. The album, which was to be called Nobody’s Daughter, was due for release later this year. Unfortunately it has just been thrown on the scrap heap. Courtney says she’s just not happy with it.

Courtney’s been working on the album since 2005 with Linda Perry from 4 Non Blondes, as well as Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan. Courtney has instead started working with British musician Micko Larkin from indie-folk band Larrikin Love. We wonder if this collaboration will lead somewhere?
