America’s largest porn producer Vivid Entertainment is set to release Jimi Hendrix: The Sex Tape, an alleged amateur video from 40 years ago starring the guitar god and two women.

Vivid claims to have obtained the footage from a collector (!), and has had the video “authenticated” by experts, including a former lover of Hendrix, Pamela Des Barres. However, one of Hendrix’s girlfriends in the 1960s, Kathy Etchingham, told the New York Times the man in the video “is not him. His face is too broad and nose and nostrils too wide for Jimi.”

No release date has yet been announced for this tasteful piece of memorabilia, but don’t expect a resounding endorsement from Experience Hendrix, the company that manages the late musician’s estate.
