Former Korn lead guitarist Brian “Head” Welch has announced a follow-up to his New York Times best selling autobiography Save Me From Myself, entitled Washed By Blood: Lessons From My Time With Korn and My Journey to Christ.

Just short of a year after releasing Save Me From Myself, the born-again guitarist has announced a book under the same title of his forthcoming documentary film, which was announced in 2005. Few details of the book have been released, however major internet sites and bookstores are undertaking pre-order programs.

The book release will also coincide with Head’s first post-Korn appearance on closing day of the popular Cornerstone Festival on 5 July, just over a week after the release of Washed By Blood.

The book can be pre-ordered from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Borders and most online bookstores and will be distributed by HarperOne, a divison of Harper Collins.

Head has not yet announced any other tour dates or a release date for his long-overdue debut album It’s Time To See Religion Die.
