The judgement for Paul MCartney’s divorce settlement with ex, Heather Mills is set to be finalised this week. The Beatles legend split from his wife in May 2006 with the couple going through a very messy divorce proceeding.
The pair have agreed to a secret court hearing before a High Court judge today.
Heather, 39, is set to receive a lump sum of at least £25-£30million and a further £3.5 million every year until their three-year-old daughter Beatrice turns 18.
It is expected McCartney will also foot the bill for all further expenses for Beatrice’s schooling, travel, security and nannies. The pair will have joint custody of their daughter.
The divorce deal is also rumoured to include a clause banning the pair from speaking publicly about the breakdown of their marriage.
