The enigmatic Cat Power has announced plans to release the long awaited sequel to her 2000 released album of cover tracks. Whilst the songs to be included on the album have yet to be announced Power has confirmed a January release date via the Matador label.
So mark January 22 in your calendar as the date to pick up Powers as yet untitled CD.
It is thought that Power will once again collaborate with members of the Dirty Delta Blues Band for the release. Stay tuned to FasterLouder for further details.
