Poor old Britney Spears – it would seem that this train wreck really can’t get much worse. Dumped by her new management and divorce attorney – news has just come to hand that she may well be losing custody of her kids too…

Just hours after the divorce lawyer handling her custody battle with ex hubbie K-Fed resigned – Britney was hit by news from her management team that they would be terminating their one month old relationship with the singer. In a statement released to media the management company, The Firm said:

“We have terminated our professional relationship with Britney Spears.
We believe Britney is enormously talented, and has made a terrific record. But current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job. We wish Britney the best.”

Meanwhile the judge is expected to be handing down a verdict on Spears’ custody case today, with Federline tipped to receive full custody of both children after unexpected witness testimony was declared in court on Monday. The witness was discovered by attorney Gloria Alred.

Fox News’ Roger Friedman reported:
“During Monday’s custody hearing, Spears’ former bodyguard Tony Baretta accused the pop star of having “issues of nudity and drug use” since she returned from rehab, and reports of a planned “hit” on Federline emerged.”

Meanwhile, Entertainment Tonight reported that the FBI and the LAPD are investigating legitimate leads on a contract hit on Federline’s life.
