The Grates, Australia’s favourite cute and quirky Brisbane indie-rock three-piece, have come out trumps in the fight to win the main support for the Arctic Monkeys’ first Australian tour. It couldn’t make more sense, really, the darlings of Australian media and the darlings of the UK media paired up for an all-out tour de force come late July/early-August!

The tour is of course supported by Fasterlouder, so you know it’s going to be a series of worthwhile rock events on this year’s calendar! Tickets are selling fast (if they’re not already sold out!), so be sure to get in quick and avoid disappointment.
