Listen: Is this No Doubt's‘Bohemian Rhapsody'?

Ever wanted to hear a dancehall version of ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ sung by Gwen Stefani? Nope, us neither.

No Doubt bassist Tony Kanal assures us that the title track, and second single, from No Doubt’s new album Push and Shove is the band’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ but the band isn’t exactly challenging Muse to a Freddy Mercury inspired space-opera duel. However the Diplo produced tune does feature its fair share of tempo and genre changes with an anthemic pop chorus and Jamacian verses supplied by dancehall star Busy Signal. You no doubt (boom-tish) know Mr Signal from his tunes ‘Nah Go A Jail Again’ and ‘Smoke Some High Grade’.

The band’s first album since 2001 has been four years in the making and is set for release on September 25.

Push and Shove tracklist:

Settle Down
Looking Hot
One More Summer
Push And Shove (prod. Diplo)
Dreaming The Same Dream

does the bohemian rhapsody reference and title 'radio edit' mean the song is actually 7 minutes long?
