Coachella 2013 tickets on sale

The promoters of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival revealed earlier this year that “there were enough buyers in queue online that we probably could have added two more Coachella weekends” but they’ve resisted the temptation to create a month of Coachella festivities in 2013.

The festival will return in 2013 with the same six-day, two-weekend affair over two consecutive weekends from April 12-14th and April 19th-21st at Empire Polo Grounds in Indo, California.

Although the lineup won’t be announced for several months, the advance passes for the festival go on sale on Friday 18th May at 3:00 AEST. If you buy your tickets in the advance sale you have the opportunity to take advantage of the Coachella Purchase Plan. The Plan allows you to buy your tickets with a 20% down payment minimum deposit and then seven additional monthly payments that will be automatically deducted at the beginning of each month through to January 2013. Or you can just pay in full now.

There are a variety of ticketing options from general admission ($349 + international shipping) to VIP ($799 + international shipping). The general admission tickets for Coachella 2013 are $34 more expensive than the tickets for this year’s festival.

Bring on the lineup speculation posters!

I'm sure those dates & times you've given for AEST are wrong, along with MusicFeeds.com. Shouldn't it translate to Friday 18th 3:00 AM...at least time and date converter.com thinks so

Just sayin...

Changed. Pretty sure the time changed... then again maybe I'm just suffering from a post-Prince inability to deal with time conversions.

this year we are going to be comfortable at coachella! last year was a little miserable having to crawl in and out of our pup tent never being able to stand and stretch out. this year we have scored a standing room tent i found on amazon! not only do you not have to crawl in and out but its got a 8 foot ceiling! we can put a queen size air mattress two chairs and a table and still have room to move around. the best part is it only takes about 5 min. to put up!

postal service and rilo kiley are rumored to be making comebacks for this year, due to codes and keys being a bit of a flop and former lives not being that well received was only a matter of time before he caved in,.

A 72 Metacritic rating and #3 spot on the US billboard chart is a flop?

Calling Codes & Keys a flop seems like a bit of an exaggeration, and Gibbard made it pretty clear that Former Lives was essentially just a bunch of tracks that didn't make it on to the DCFC albums. Regardless, it's the 10th anniversary of Give Up this year, which is much more likely his motivation than any kind of anxiety over waning success.

It didn't get that much hipster cred though.

There were only fourteen tumblr pages dedicated to the album.

One of those fourteen was even Gman's page thephotoalbum>codesandkeys.tumblr.com
