In 2008, after over 1000 shows and 10 years of touring, writing and recording, Melbourne trio Antiskeptic called it a day. The band had rocked Australian and international shores with their albums Memoirs of a Common Man and Aurora, released an additional 3 EPs, 2 DVDs, 2 live records and have shared the stage with some of the greats of their generation, including Midnight Oil, Jimmy Eat World, Dashboard Confessional, Gyroscope, Kisschasy and I Killed the Prom Queen.

However, in late 2008, the band wrapped things up and went their separate ways. Yet, in 2011, the trio reunited to farewell Melbourne’s The Arthouse and concluded after the show that there was still plenty left in the Antiskeptic tank, and in November, the band announced that they were back, and heading out on the aptly named Back in the Game Tour.
