Description:
Sydney Rock ‘n Roll & Alternative Market is an Official Selection of the Sydney Fringe Festival featuring a fabulous array of stalls: Vintage, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Burlesque, Ska and Alternative Clothing, Jewellery and Accessories, Collectables, Records, Art, a Jumping Castle and Face Painting for the kids and loads more. You can even get in a game of barefoot bowls.
The market will also include a Ska Vs. Rockabilly line up of live bands & DJs featuring; Backy Skank, hip masters of blues, ska and reggae, this red-hot nine-piece are icons of the Australian ska scene. Danny & the Cosmic Tremors, authentic bone rattlin’ rhythm and blues, Trench Town delivering rocksteady, reggae and ska and Mother Truckers taking you travelling down Route 66 (featuring Chris ‘Klondike’ Masuak on guitar). Plus DJs: Limpin’ Jimmy & the Swingin’ Kitten and Wally Wally (Intensified Sound System).
Market Stalls are open from 11am – 5pm, with music from 2.30 – 7pm
