Description:
DJ K-Note was born in Toronto, Canada to Jamaican parents and from an early age has always had music surrounding him. His fathers favourite pastime was Djing where he collected vast amounts of music especially reggae music. Over the years DJ K-Note has traveled back and forth from Toronto to New York, Miami and Jamaica and from this his knowledge of the music has grown. In the early 90’s he helped form a sound crew called MenAtWork whom travelled throughout Canada and the USA performing at various clubs and festivals. Fast forward to 2010 and K-Note now resides in Sydney being a regular staple in the club circuit of Australia. He has supported the likes of 50 Cent, Sean Paul, LL Cool J (Guvernment Warehouse), Lil Kim, De La Soul, Black Eyed Pea’s ,The Roots (Summer Love B.C), tour DJ for the Outlaws (2Pacs Group) and djing exclusive parties.
