Title:

Two Gentlemen of Lebowski @ Verge Festival

  • University of Sydney

Description:

What if William Shakespeare wrote the Coen Brothers’ cult hit The Big Lebowski?

Find out in a one-night only Australian Premiere of Adam Bertocci’s White Russian-laced Elizabethan parody _*Two Gentlemen of Lebowsk_i*. The script was a bit of an internet phenomenon when it was written earlier this year, and has already played in New York and been spruiked by none other than The Dude himself, Jeff Bridges. Now, we’re bringing it to the antipodes in an all-singing, all-dancing, all-bowling extravaganza. Come early and stake out a picnic spot in front of the stage and bring plenty of food and snacks.

Ten actors. Thirty characters. Three Nihilists. Two Lebowskis. One marmot.

All for one night only. Come along. The Knave abideth.
