Description:
On the advice of their producer and herbalist, Dr Chris Shaw, bluejuice are emerging, filthy and mole-eyed, from the studio they have been inhabiting for the last month. During the course of recording their (very nearly finished) new album, they’ve all developed severe Vitamin D deficiencies, and Stav in particular is addicted to eating the ornamental fish out of the studio fish tank, which is quite a concern for someone who claims to be a vegetarian. To cure these ills, bluejuice are venturing into the fresh air and hitting the road with their pals, Philadelphia Grand Jury, in May and June. It promises to be quite therapeutic for everybody.
On a more factual note bluejuice signed last month with Dew Process and have since been in the studio with NYC producer Christopher Shaw (most noted for his work recording Bob Dylan’s recent albums and all of the Public Enemy Records with a bunch of giant American indie rock in between including Weezer, Ween and Panic at the Disco).
