Description:
Hostile Little Face is a 4 piece, original, ‘alt. rock’ act residing in Perth, Western Australia. Their first EP entitled ‘Blueprint’ (Produced and Mixed by James Newhouse at Real2Reel studio / Underground studio, and Mastered by Shaun O’Callaghan at Studio Couch) will be released in April 2010. The launch will take place on the 17th of April at the Rocket Room and is supported by I Said the Sparrow, My So Called Life, Tracksuit, and Jay & Trav. Will be available on iTunes and hardcopies can be purchased at stores that support local music, at shows or by contacting the band.
The band tries to focus equally on all aspects of their songs, resulting in a blend of thoughtful instrumentation and passionate, catchy melodies. Inspired by the likes of Jimmy Eat World, Incubus, and many more, the tracks are a blend of rock, punk, pop, and indie. With an energetic live show, Hostile Little Face figures that if it’s fun to play and watch, it will be fun to listen to also…
