Last month SYN presented its first ever Hoist…Unplugged. Now, it’s back for another month with a brand new line up that will blow your socks off!
Local bands Death Valley Band and Brighter at Night take to the stage Friday August 20th for acoustic sets at Signal, the City of Melbourne youth space between 6 and 9pm.

Surf/rock/punk and everything-in-between Death Valley Valley Band (www.myspace.com/deathvalleyband1) have been described as “having a sound…that draws you in and makes you think you could be in a Tarantino film”
Up-and-comers Brighter at Night just recently won “Best Pop Rock Track” at the 2010 Kool Skools Award for their song “When Repetition Repeats, Repeat” and lead singer, Rachael Gutsi, scooped up the award for “Best Female Vocalist” in ” in Victoria.
