YOU AM I – those Kings of swagger, noise and style return to Australian stages this coming October for their first National tour for 2008.

After an uncharacteristically long break from playing in Australia due to US touring commitments and of course the making of the new record ‘Dilettantes.’, your favorite four-piece tour de force return with the next phase of an impressive career.

The stats read well, most of us know them, 8 records, 3 numbers 1’s, 9 ARIA’s…32 nominations no less, live music awards, soundtracks and of course 1874 shows all over the globe.

With fuzzed guitars, tumbling drums and howling vocals a plenty, Perth’s TAME IMPALA take on the support slot and open proceedings on the National tour. The band’s 5 track debut EP – a testament to untamed enthusiasm and unexpected delight – is due out October 11th, just in time for the first show in their home state WA.
