Showcasing some of the nation’s most exciting live acts such as Grand Fatal, Lamexcuse, Between The Devil And The Deep, The Optionals, Chris Duke And The Royals, Reason Strikes, Ebolagoldfish, Pirate Satellite and Hoodlum Shouts; Havoc promises that it’s third chapter will be a show that will not be easily forgotten!

Other than a day and night of great live music, there will also be a FREE BBQ, drink promotions, door prizes (thanks to Poison City and Pee Records) and a whole lot more!

Entry will be $20 (pre-sales available soon) with doors opening at 3pm.

:: LAMEXCUSE :: Canberra’s Lamexcuse have been flat out in the past year. Since releasing their debut album ‘Life. Like. Wild.’, the lads have been playing everywhere from Brisbane to Melbourne and having a great time as well!

:: GRAND FATAL (sydney) ::High-energy indie-rock outfit Grand Fatal formed in Sydney in 2003 from the ashes of long-standing underground band Seconds Away. Boasting a talented pedigree of musicians from various bands, including the late Massappeal, Downtime and ESN, the band emits a powerful blend of guitar-fueled melodies, hooks and noise a bit reminiscent of Fugazi, actually. :: CHRIS DUKE AND THE ROYALS (sydney) ::Chris Duke And The Royals are a 5 piece ska, pop punk band based in Eastwood. After having afew months off to find a new bass player, they are now back and plan on getting back into the studio later this year!

:: BETWEEN THE DEVIL AND THE DEEP (sydney) ::"Between the Devil and the Deep find the perfect balance between raw intesity and sweet pop melody; think Black Flag giving the Pixies last minute haircuts on a sinking ocean liner!" (Lachlan Marks, Drum Media)

:: THE OPTIONALS (syd) ::The Optionals are a three piece melodic punk band from Sydney, Australia, kickin’ ass since late 2002 and sharing the stage with bands such as Against Me, Frenzal Rhomb, Front End Loader, The Bouncing Souls and many, many more!

:: PAUL DEMOS (wollongong) ::Paul Demos from Wollongong’s Lost In Line will be treating you all to an acoustic set in the beer garden while we crank the BBQ, playing all your favourite tunes. If you’ve got a request, don’t forget to heckle him into it!

:: REASON STRIKES (wollongong) ::Wollongong’s Reason Strikes are returning to Canberra again to remind us what the ‘gong is capable of. Hard edged melodic punk is what they do best, so make sure you check em out at Havoc, especially if you’re into bands such as Avail, The Bouncing Souls or The Gaslight Anthem.

:: EBOLAGOLDFISH (sydney) ::Ebolagoldfish are also no strangers to Canberra, and as always put on a great show which mixes the best parts of melodic punk rock with a ska/jazz edge, finished up with powerful vocal harmonies.

:: PIRATE SATELLITE ::Pirate Satellite is the new band featuring Alex (ex Hard Luck), Murph (ex Hard Luck) and Alex’s bro’ Bernard. But this time they’re back playing tunes with more of a folk/punk style. Think bands like Against Me!, Dropkick Murphys or Hot Water Music…

:: HOODLUM SHOUTS ::The Hoodlum Shouts are another new band on the scene. Featuring Sam (Epic Flagon), Luke and Mikey (ex- Mightyfew and Red Menace) and Josh (Colourful Racing Identities), these lads play a laid back, guitar heavy style of rock!
