The roots-rock powerhouse that is Dallas Frasca has recently relocated to the Gold Coast and what better way to celebrate than with a night of mad live music at a local venue with some of the Gold Coast’s best bands?
This fiercely foxy lady has been crowned the Queen of Aussie roots for good reason – her Joplin-esque, husky vocals, down-dirty roots/rock guitar and primal performance whip the audience into an absolute frenzy. With Jeff Curran, her mandolin-playing partner in crime by her side, it’s empowered, electric and explosive. Prepare to have your mind blown!
Joining her on the bill are local legends Roger That who will take you back to the times of bell bottoms and acid trips with their mush-loved, multi-layered psychedelic rock. Marshall the Fro will rev up punters with their rollicking blues rock and folk-tinged funk, and Deadbeat Band will get things going with their hip-shaking, sun soaked garage surf rock.
