POLO CLUB ALBUM LAUNCH FT. MTV KICKSTART FINALISTS EMCEE ABLE & SKYE HARBOUR
Over a short but prosperous career, POLO CLUB have won the hearts and ears of many fans, even the judges of the Victorian final of the MTV Kickstart and Triple J Unearthed/Parklife competitions. Drawing influences from innovators such as The Cool Kids, Dangermouse and J.Dilla, emcee Urban Monk and producer Camalot The Cameleon bring a new sound to the local hip-hop landscape, where each track is an adventure, a new experiment. Their debut single ‘GET ON IT!’ taken from the forthcoming album drops Tuesday September 30 exclusively on iTunes (with bonus tracks) and they launch it at a special MTV Kickstart comp showcase at First Floor on Friday October 10 alongside Emcee Able(WA) and Skye Harbour(SA). This is your chance to check out three of the six competitors live and there will be special CD copies for the MP3-phobic at the show.
