Matt Kelly and the Keepers are launching debut EP ’Off the Ground’. Engineered by Chris Thompson (Augie March) at Martin Street and ABC Studio’s with some of Melbourne’s finest musicians (Willow Stahlut, Caleb Trott, John Gould, Ben Davey) lending their talents to Matt Kelly’s stark, confessional song writing.
This EP sees Matt and co.’s sound venturing into electronica, courtesy of SOUP (Miso), and backed with luscious string and horn arrangements; the launch will feature both live and electronic elements as well as a string section. Off the Ground will be available through MGM from 16th October.
