Sydney based 3 piece rockers, Light Noise have been busy recruiting a new drummer and booking a tour to release their self titled debut EP and live DVD. To make things more interesting, new Light Noise drummer Blake Horton will be in the middle of his HSC exams during the tour. Proceeds from all NSW shows will go to Australian Red Cross through Keytone.
Two years young and there seems to be no stopping Light Noise. After winning a coveted New Years Eve support slot with Silverchair, the band has gone on to be stage warmers for the likes of Evermore, Operator Please, Sparkadia, Trial Kennedy and Gyroscope. Light Noise entered the studio last year and left with their self-titled EP, which saw them take out Rock Artist of the Year at the Newcastle Music Awards.
