It’s been quite a while between drinks for You Am I fans with the lads spending most of this year over in the States shopping their latest CD, Convicts and doing the US tour circuit.
Well raise your glasses – the quintessential indie band is back after some 3 tours, 57000 km’s, 2600 guitar strings, a millions dollars in diesel, god knows how many rider sandwiches and watery US beer later….
Despite Timmy Rogers doing the solo thing the boys have managed to find some time to get together to serve up some tour dates on the East coast. The gigs will give the lads the opportunity to test drive some new material as well as dust off the old faves for the You Am I faithful.
