Melbourne’s own, Rocket Science are back on the scene baby!

Formed in mid-1998, Roman Tucker, David Gray, Kit Warhurst and Paul Maybury came together when they were in between groups. In Melbourne’s small but busy music scene everyone knew each other, played together or knew of each other. Via an acquaintance, Roman sent Dave a demo of material he was working on and they came together realising they shared a common purpose.

It was in the turn of the new millenium when Australia saw the release of Rocket Science’s first record. Titled ‘Welcome Aboard The 3C10’ (UK 2003) recorded by legendary producer Simon Grounds, it featured such live classics as ‘Six Foot 4’, ‘Burn In Hell’, ‘Copycat’ and ‘Jetlag Down The Pills’.

The Rocket Science gang have been involved in various different projects over these past couple of years and have been hard at work writing and recording their self-financed/self-recorded album.
